Killarney/Kerry, Republic of Ireland

Killarney sits at the door of the MacGillycuddy’s Reeks and Killarney National Park, putting Carrauntoohil, the Coomloughra Horseshoe, Hag’s Glen and the Gap of Dunloe within easy reach for big mountain days, classic ridges and quality trad crags. It can also be used as a base to explore other parts of the Kerry Peninsular.  There are superb lower-level options too – woodland and lakeside trails, Purple Mountain circuits and valley walks – so this meet will work whatever the weather and for every pace.
Killarney is a lively town for post-hill food and pints, too.
